Ordering & payment

How can I pay?: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Are prices in Australian dollars?: Yes. All prices on Vinna are shown in Australian dollars (AUD), and Australian GST is included in the prices shown on our website.

Where do you ship?: We currently ship Australian orders using Australia Post.
How much is shipping?: Standard Shipping is A$9.95 and Express Shipping is A$14.95. Standard Shipping is free when the discounted merchandise subtotal is A$90 or more. Free shipping does not apply to Express Shipping.
When will my order arrive?: We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1–2 business days after payment. After dispatch, Standard Shipping takes approximately 2–6 business days and Express Shipping approximately 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may be longer for remote locations.
Will I get tracking?: Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent after your order has been dispatched.

Can I return something if I change my mind?: Yes — you may request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Products must be unused and in their original condition, and opened or used face paints, glitter and similar hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible.
What if my order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect?: Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and details of the issue. Where appropriate, Vinna will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage.
How long do refunds take?: We aim to inspect a returned product within 5 business days of receiving it. If your refund is approved, we submit it to your original payment method within 5 business days after approval; your bank may take additional time.
Where do I send my return?: Please contact us before sending anything back. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
